This article describes the results of a study aimed at studying the relationship between professional well-being and socio-psychological characteristics, such as emotional intelligence, professional self-relation, professional relevance, a vital position in terms of optimism, activity, and realism. It was found that the higher the emotional intelligence, positive attitude and professional relevance among respondents, the higher the level of professional well-being.
