The article examines the main characteristics of the grammatical organization of a pre-election discourse. By the example of fragments from politicians' pre-election speeches, the most frequent grammatical units of both the morphological and syntactic level are analyzed, used to construct rhetorical figures functioning in the pre-election discourse. It is noted that the grammatical features of pre-election speeches are manifested at the level of sentences, in free phrases and in coherent word usage.
