The article presents the results of the study of coping behavior in men and women, depending on their ethnicity and age. A comparative analysis of socio-psychological differences in coping behavior was carried out. The study sample consisted of 160 people aged 18 to 55 years, the average age of 33.5 living in the
Republic of North Ossetia - Alania. The results may be used as a starting point in the organization of sociopsychological services in multicultural regions, as well as in the development of training programs on stress psychology, personality psychology, ethnic psychology, age psychology and developmental psychology.
