The paper considers the specific nature of the interpretation of imagination in the context of event-ontology. The ontological interpretation of imagination is based on an ontological understanding of the image, allowing for the reality of the image of being itself. In this way, in essence, there can be any thing that has shown the authenticity of its existence. Within the framework of a modern event-ontology, an event can be defined as a phenomenon of being in existence. Accordingly, imagination is qualified not only as an epistemological, but also as an ontological ability of a human person.
