The principles of the interaction of phenomenological and existential philosophy with psychology and psychiatry are revealed. The object of research is the order of interaction ofphenome-nological and existentialist concepts and conceptual networks that line up in the framework of psychology and psychiatry. The concepts of phenomenology and existentialism are considered, which turned out to be most popular in the framework of psychology and psychiatry, the strategies for transferring these concepts from one area of humanitarian knowledge to another, a way to achieve consensus in applying the same concepts in areas that are essentially different.
