The paper concerns the relation of wars and money. It examines the intrinsic conflict between methods of social enslavement by monetary and military means. The author argues that money is a market form of the universal claim on the unit of society’s wealth. The author also gives the classification of wartime money tokens and summarizes measures of efficient credit, money and price policy in the time of war.
