Traditionally “Mikhailovskaya Dacha” campus of the Graduate School of Management,St. Petersburg State University, met on April 2, 2025, the 9th St. Petersburg International Youth Labour Forum and Spring Career Day. The Forum became the largest venue for Russian youth to discuss new challenges and transformations in the labour market together with employers, government representatives, and academia. This year participants paid particular attention to digitalisation, changes in labour practices, the growth of entrepreneurship, and the formation of career strategies for the new generation. The paper presents the main outcomes of the scien-tific conference, panel sessions, and discussions, and offers recommendations for stakeholders in the field of youth employment and labour.
