The article deals with some problems related to the stage of execution of the sentence. The author notes the shortcomings of the legislative regulation of some procedural terms, suggests ways to solve the problem. The article contains proposals for improving the procedure of replacing community service for imprisonment taking into account the procedural guarantees of the convicted person.
