The life of the monument is similar to human life. The history of its creation is the prenatal period. Opening is a birthday. The ability to become an organic element of a place is a school. Sustainability in wars, popular movements, social changes - adulthood. How will it go? The article is dedicated to the fate of the Liberation monument by the Hungarian sculptor Zhigmond Kishfaludi-Strobl in the era of geopolitical changes in Europe at the end of the 20th - beginning of the 21st centuries.
