The paper examines the notion of conceptualisation and analyses the contents of this notion in Russian and foreign cognitive linguistics. An attempt is made to outline the static aspect in the contents of the notion along with the dynamic one. The results of conceptualisation are considered and an assumption is made that not all of them can be classified as concepts.
