This study is an attempt to identify and most comprehensively enumerate the present-day concepts of the legal personality of artificial intelligence. There are many different approaches in the literature, from complete rejection of the legal subject status to identification with the legal status of a person. Each concept has its own benefits and drawbacks, which the author has tried to determine and outline. As a result of the study, the author comes to the conclusion about the most optimal model of legal personality for artificial intelligence.
