An appeal to constitutional projects, created in different historical periods, cannot stand arousing interest of scientists, who specialized in constitutional law. Constitutional law formations are a long process, needed a creative effort, consensual decisions and vision of perspectives. That is why even those projects of Constitution, which haven't become a basic Law, contain ideas worth analyzing during the Constitutional doctrines formation. One of the famous theoretical experience is a A.D. Sakharov Constitutional project, suggested in the period of political, economic and social reforms, caused the collapse of the USSR. In this article is analyzing the influence of A.D. Sakharov ideas of legal statehood on the establishment of national constitutional regulation, realized in the Constitution of the Russian Federation
