N2 - Analyzes the state of norm deviations in the wider sense of the term. A number of methodological prerequisites are put forward to serve as a base for unifying various concepts of deviant behavior including the search for a most abstract category which might eventually permit to effect a theoretical synthesis of accumulated knowledge. Some meanings of social justice are found out in the course of the study from the point of view of biological, criminological, ethical, rational, and religious models, as well as within the framework of economic, social, stratification, normative and value approaches. A network of casual interrelationships is linked, i.a., to social instability generated by stigmatization practices.
