The purpose of the article is the creation of a conceptual model of the structure and mechanisms of communication. The model includes: 1) six components of structure communication; 2) manifestation of communication in the fields of consciousness and unconsciousness; 3) implementation mechanisms; 4) personality in the process of socialization and individualization. The main idea is to increase three components of structures of communication (communication, perception, interaction) three additional components: a) information, as obtaining information without feedback; b) transaction, as exchange feelings in the process of communication; с) personaction, as exchange of personal content. According to the developed model six components of structure of communication is evident in the areas of public, individual consciousness and unconsciousness. Components of communication are implemented through social-psychological mechanisms. Transaction mechanisms are intuition and empathy. Communication, information, communication and perception based on mechanisms for reflection and attractions. Personaction include attribution, identification and personalization. Personaction process based on two ways of formation of personality: socialization and individualization.
