The history of the concepts of "tolerance" and "Philosophy of Culture" begins almast simuntaneously in XYII-XYIII centuries, in the Atge of Enlightenment - the Age of Reason. Imperative of tolerance is a necessary argument in the debates about equality, religious tolerance, and raised the question, which could later go through the whole history of European tolerance and becomes a maker of its severity. This is the so-called "Lewish question". "Helicopter view" philosophy of culture notes the paradox of European history: "non-Jewish homeland of the Jewish question" became the Hell of Holocaust.
