The article reveals the features of use factors of economic growth in Russia at the present stage. Examines the nature of changes in the macroeconomic situation in the country and identifies the main cause of the crisis periods in the fall. To overcome existing imbalances and distortions in the economy of speculative the necessity of developing and implementing the program socialization to finance considerably limit the scope of speculative financial activity. Its priority is to establish a reliable monitoring and State regulation of financial intermediation and at the same time the importance of solving the problem of transition to the new model of the mixed economy.
