The article dedicated to the main strategies of the development of philosophy in the twenty-first century, the philosophy of synthesis, proposed by M. N Epstein. The problem of extraphilosophical foundations and extraphilosophical investments in the formation of new philosophical movements of the twentieth century is emphasized. From the perspective of such thinkers as J. Bataille, E. Jünger, V. Benmin, V. Flusser, Jean Baudrillard, who obtain the status of philosophers in the last century, it is appropriate to consider the philosophy of synthesis of M. Н. Epstein as philosophy as well. Furthermore, the number of new concepts proposed by the author, in addition to the content, also has a heuristic resource: they initiate confidence in the philosophical concepts proposed by the author.
