In the present paper the software package Planet Atmosphere Investigator of Non-equilibrium Thermodynamics (PAINeT) is applied to study the transport properties of various gas mixtures: N2/N, O2/O, and N2/N/O2/O as well as 11 - component ionized air mixture N2/N2+/N /N+/O2/O2+/O /O+/N O /N O+/e- , taking into account electronic degrees of freedom of 2 2 atoms and electronic-vibrational-rotational states of molecules. Different approaches of the kinetic theory: one-temperature, state-to-state electronic and state-to-state vibrational-electronic, implemented in the PAINeT, are applied for calculation of transport coefficients. The influence of increasing effective collision diameter is taken into account. Based on the transport coefficients in different approaches of kinetic theory, similarity criteria of Prandtl and Schmidt numbers are calculated and compared between each other. The results presented in the paper can be useful for modeling processes in shock tubes/high enthalpy flows as well as in modern plasma-chemical/laser technologies.
