Аннотация

The climate is a very important factor of the existence and evolution of ecological system of the Earth. It is defined primarily by the Sun – Earth bonds, witch may be responsible for gradual or periodical variations of the climate conditions and for the catastrophic phenomenons produced by the forces of gravitation, influenced by the flow of rigid space and Sun radiation, variations of magnetic and electric Earth and near-Earth space, meteorological processes. The accumulated stress throw down. The work is concerned to some mechanisms of this phenomenons. When the earthquakes happen and volcanic eruptions precipitate in environment much stuff, what affects the natural processes in the environment. Relaxational processes can take lots of time. They are determined in particular by the long existence of the gases and aerosol particles in the atmosphere, what vary substantial physical and physico- chemical characteristics of the environment, and, consequently, warmth, mass- interchange and dynamical processes.
