The role of transnational corporations in the global world economy

The article is devoted to analysis of the role of transnational corporations in the context of globalization and their place in the world economic system. Transnational corporations are one of examples of economic concentration and at the same time a form of competition in global markets. Therefore, it is important to define the impact of concentration processes on competitiveness in the world economy. The author examines the positive and negative effects of TNC (Transnational Corporations) operations in their home countries, as well as for the global economic system as a whole.
