Abstract

Nowadays business faces new challenges daily. Unpredictable market development, significant changes of the business models, unstable economic conditions lead companies to seek new strategies of the success. Internationalization can be one of the most interesting and effective way of the companies’ development that helps to decrease risks and diversify the business. But the internationalization itself is not very simple process. It is associated with new risks, uncertainty, substantial inputs both financial and administrative. Our research has shown that the output of the internationalization considered being more important for the firms thus they are ready to invest to this process. The goal of the paper is to reveal the key factors that influence companies’ decision to go international.
