Abstract

Proposed a method for optimizing the single-phase nanopowder synthesis technologyBiFeO(3), which enabling create on its basis nanostructured ceramics with a grain size of less than 62 nm. The structure, electrical and magnetic properties of nanopowders and ceramics were studied.
