We present some methods of constructing of arbitrary nxn matrix first-order differential intertwining operator for Non-Hermitian, in general, nxn matrix Hamiltonians and demonstrate the capabilities of these methods for spectral design of matrix Hamiltonians. Namely, it is shown that one can add for the final 2x2 matrix Hamiltonian with respect to an initial 2x2 matrix Hamiltonian with the help of 2x2 matrix first-order intertwining operator either up to two bound states for different energy values or up to two bund states described by vector-eigenfunctions for the same energy value or up to two bound states described by vector-eigenfunction and associated vector-function for the same energy value.
