Abstract

Oligomeric phthalocyanines and metallophthalocyanines are under intensive investigation because of their potential application as new photonic and electronic materials. Quantum chemical methods were used to calculate supramolecules, containing metallophthalocyanines for modeling new semiconductor materials and solar cells elements.
