Mathematical modeling of the electron beam formatting system on the basis of field emission cathode

Abstract

It is solved the problem of field emission cathode mathematical modeling and the electron gun for vacuum electronics. The supposed shape of the field emission cathode is "sphere - on - spindle" (as a cathode) on the sphere substrate and the spherical segment (as an anode).
