Abstract

The investigations of cinematic and dynamic characteristics of electrohydrodynamics flows (EHD) in full diapason of existence on scale of voltage (i.e. from threshold of beginning to breakdown of gap between electrodes) in electrode system wire-plate, sphere-plate in 10% solution of buthanol in transformer and castor oil was described. The experimental mouth, which contain three canals-optical, electronic and pneumatic, was made. For measurement of velocity of EHD-flows are used tiny bubbles of air, which served as light-dispersal marks. The flows was divided on developed and undeveloped flows. On base of experimental date dependence of velocity from voltage was constructed.
