Improved tensor-trick algorithm: Application to helium trimer

Abstract

Computer time saving modification of the tensor-trick algorithm is proposed. The number of operations per step of the algorithm is reduced from O(Nx2n2) to O(Nxn2). The technique is applied to calculation of ground and excited states of Helium trimer.
