Dynamics of levitating microparticles of lunar regolith

A system of equations of motion is obtained for microparticles levitating near the lunar surface. An analysis of the system is carried out. The dust particles are shown to perform oscillatory motions with a period and an amplitude only weakly depending on the incidence angle of solar rays.
