Abstract

The critical behavior of tetragonal ferroelectric of the easy-plane type is considered. RG analysis shows that for impurity concentration c less than c//o (c//o - non-universal value) first-order transition should occur, while for c greater than c//o the smearing or absence of the transition takes place. The critical anomalies in Ising systems with defects are also studied. Critical exponents gamma and eta are calculated in three dimensions within 3-loop approximation, and the correlation function and susceptibility of 2D impure Ising model are found in the framework of fermion representation.
