Abstract

The experimental upper limit on the neutron electric dipole moment (NEDM) allows one to bound the parameters of CP-violation in the system of light quarks. New strict upper limits on these parameters are obtained within the chiral approach where the long-distance contributions, logarithmic in mπ, to NEDM are considered.
