Abstract

Realized atmospheric pressure air plasma jets by DC atmospheric pressure glow discharge and dielectric barrier discharge. The concentrations of inactivation components were determined by the absorption IR spectroscopy method. The mechanisms and zones of formation of the main bactericidal components of the air plasma jets based on glow discharge (NO, NO2, HNO2) and dielectric barrier discharge (O3) have been revealed.
