Abstract

Cooperation plays an important role in the global and turbulent business environment and the need for a collaborative approach has significantly increased in the open innovation era (Enkel et al., 2010). Having cooperation skills is a great advantage for a company’s inno- vativeness, and the capability of utilising external knowledge is a sig- nificant factor in innovation performance (Cohen & Levinthal, 1990).
