Abstract

In the paper, the DBD plasma jet source providing to change an average discharge power with a signal modulator is presented. A range of varying the duty cycle of voltage signals is from 10 to 90 %. The pulse repetition frequency within a pulse group - from 38 to 122 kHz. The effect of the average discharge power on bactericidal efficacy of plasma jet in helium has been investigated.
