Abstract
In the article of O.A.Gorodov, Professor of St. Petersburg State University, Doctor of law (St. Petersburg, gorodovoleg@gmail.com) the rules of the current legislation introducing a new object of civil rights, called digital rights, into civil circulation are analyzed. Elements of digital legal relationship are shown and problems of their qualification at the present stage of development of the domestic legislation are revealed.
