The combination of the information about emissive Mossbauer spectrums containing ultratrace amounts Co(2+), chemical shifts K-lines the cobalt in similar systems and data on their colour is used for definition of environment Co(2+) in the frosen solutions. The conclusion about an opportunity of application emissive Mossbauer spectroscopy in studing processes complexformation, salvations and replacements of ligands in solutions is made.
