<p num="12">FIELD: medicine.</p> <p num="13">SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, and can be used for eliminating diastasis with complete anatomical puncture of the common fibular nerve at the level of the head of the fibular bone. A projection access is made to the structures of the common fibular nerve in the popliteal region. On the lateral surface of the upper third of the shin, the head of the fibular bone is exposed; the head is mobilized and resected. Then, after the resected head bed is formed, the distal end of the injured nerve is laid in the bed, passing under the lateral head of the calf muscle, after which the integrity of the nerve trunk is restored.</p> <p num="14">EFFECT: method provides creating conditions for better regeneration, preventing repeated compression, ischemic involvement at the level of the fibular head by placing the distal end of the injured nerve in the bed of the resected cap of the fibular bone.</p> <p num="15">1 cl, 2 dwg</p>
