This article deals with the problem of improving the quality of teachers and their innovative activity through the use of training programs. The paper points out that the current education policy considering different approaches to improve the efficiency of teaching. Note that in the new economy of knowledge rapidly becomes obsolete and that makes these programs vital for teachers.
