Abstract

The article deals with ethical and their boundaries that have developed in Russian business from the position of social and organizational psychology. On the basis of the array of empirical data collected in St. Petersburg among small and medium-sized business owners, moral choices and preferences of entrepreneurs of moral-centric, conformist and egocentric levels of ethics of decision-making are analyzed.
