Online broadcasting on the Internet is no longer just a format for the transmission of audiovisual information, but a full-fledged socio-cultural phenomenon that has a major impact on media consumption culture. The opportunity to show an unedited, live reality that is not limited to the usual framework of television broadcasting has become the main reason for the popularity of online broadcasts. But not being able to cut out any parts of the video or fully control the development of events leaves the risk for possible violations. The policy of broadcasting on the Internet has not been clearly defined yet, so in order to ensure that broadcasting is not wasted and is not removed, as well as that it does not bring legal claims, it is worth examining the legal framework before the streaming. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the legal and ethical aspects of online broadcasting on the Internet, which is still little studied in the scientific environment but has become very popular recently.
