Abstract
The value of digital evidence in litigation is increasing worldwide. Digital forensics is a new field that has quickly become a source of evidence in criminal and civil cases. The civil affairs environment does not have a law enforcement structure that could serve as the basis for digital forensics. The article provides an overview of various proposals, developments and possible approaches designed to solve the problems associated with the digitalization of forensic, while at the same time potentially increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of digital forensic and improving the training of forensic experts.
