    Abstract

    <p num="52">FIELD: medicine.</p> <p num="53">SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to diagnostics, and can be used for evaluation of drug preparations interaction with magnesium cations. That is ensured by calculating a coefficient of complex-forming activity (K<sub>ka</sub>), which components are determined by turbidimetric method as a result of change of light transmission in a system containing a heterogeneous phase of hydrophosphates and magnesium phosphates in the absence of organic ligands – control experiment, in the presence of the analyzed drug preparation – a basic experiment and in the presence of a standard complexing agent – Trilon B – an experiment with a standard, wherein a heterogeneous phase is obtained using a phosphate buffer with a pH value in range of 8.2–8.3 and a content of total organic carbon (TOC) in the system.
