Abstract
The reactions of tryptamine with aromatic aldehyde and methyl benzoylpyruvate at room temperature leads to the formation of 5-аryl-4-[hydroxy(phenyl)меthylene]-1-[2-(1 H -indol-3-yl)ethyl]pyrrolidine-2,3-diones.
