The task of constructing a structural diagram of the marine intelligent transport system of the Arctic region, which provides deep integration of existing advanced concepts of autonomous shipping, autonomous unmanned traffic, marine unmanned navigation with highly developed logic and commercial autonomous shipping within the development of the International Safety Management Code (ISM) Code 6), International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), International rules for the prevention of collisions at sea, as well as environmental safety standards in the Arctic.The analysis of industrial, industrial, social and political factors providing accelerated economic development of the Arctic region is carried out. On the basis of which the relevance of the development of transport and logistics, technical, production and mining processes in the Arctic region, the increase in the navigation period of the functioning of the Northern Sea Route and the increase in shipping activity are confirmed. The statement of the problem is carried out, consisting in the study of intelligent transport technologies and the development of a structural diagram of the marine intelligent transport system of the Arctic region. A review of existing models of autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicles, as the forerunner of the concept of autonomous shipping, as well as intelligent control systems used on modern autonomous vessels and implementing complex adaptive behavior and autonomy of targeted route missions, is carried out. Various control system architectures are presented that allow implementing executive scenarios, both individually and in a group, in various autonomous driving modes. The analysis of advanced research projects and concepts in the development of autonomous shipping is carried out. A structural diagram of the marine intelligent transport system of the Arctic region is being developed, the advantages of the latter in comparison with existing analogues are described.
