Abstract

On the basis of researches of the protective mechanisms of an organism which are implemented at the person when diving the non-drug technologycold-hypoxic-hypercapnic effect which includes is developed: a)a method of diagnostics of vegetative regulation at athletes of water sports which will allow to train more effectively athletes for competitive activity and b) a way of restoration of a cardiovascular system after intensive physical activities. The technology is approved on 100 athletes of water sports and 16 athletes, high class athletes.
