The article describes the results of the analysis of interosubject resources of hardiness among employees in economic uncertainty situation. It is shown that there are statistically significant differences between the groups, as well as within the groups that differ by sex, age and work position. The differences concern the manifestation of interosubject resources of hardiness depending on the stability / instability to the situation of economic uncertainty.
