Abstract

The purpose of the study was to study the relationship of the moral attitudes of the individual and the ability to understand other people in adolescence. The analytical unit included a wide range of tools, among which were questionnaires and semi-projective techniques. The study found that most young people do not always follow moral principles and norms. Young people with high moral attitudes tend to be on an average level of ego-competence, high self-control, a tendency to observe moral rules and norms, and the ability to defend their opinions and principles. In adolescence, the ability to understand other people can be combined with different levels of the formation of the moral attitudes of the individual. Understanding the state of a person according to his non-verbal behavior, the accuracy of forecasting the development of a situation of interpersonal interaction, as well as assessing one's own ability to understand people, insight do not have unambiguous connections with the moral attitudes of boys an
