Abstract
The publication by P. Vasilishina, specialist from Gazprom Neft, 2nd year tax law master’s degree student at St.-Petersburg State University, reflects whether it is possible to classify a fashion show as a composite object of copyright. The list of copyright objects is open but the list of such composite objects is exhaustive; however, the author decides that a fashion show can be categorized as a theatrical show or performance. Comparing a fashion show with a theatrical performance, the author finds similarities in their legal status.
