Abstract

The special features of current global recession that also has started in Russian economy are considered in this paper. The beginning of recession invariable signs are highlighted, current macro economical condition features and Bank of Russia stabilization policy are analyzed here. Some unusual features of Russian recession like open unemployment, non-market output restriction, ineffectiveness of demand creating polices on economic decline phase are considered in this paper.
