Abstract
In this article, the author examines the poetry of the Kuibyshev poets of 1953-1964, defines its socio-cultural significance as a cultural and historical source in the study of public perception of the phenomenon of the conquest of the Cosmos. For the first time, the author introduces a number of texts into scientific circulation, finds common and different understanding of the cosmic theme by different authors. Used as the main hermeneutic method, it allows one to come to conclusions that can be useful not only to philologists, but also to historians.
