Abstract

The concept of a perspective monitoring system of hydrometeorological and geophysical parameters (space weather) including seven spacecraft (SC) constellations is considered. The design image of each constellation is given, as well as the composition and characteristics of the target instrument. It is shown that the overall mass and energy parameters of the instruments make it possible to realize the ionospheric and radio occultation constellations within the framework of small spacecraft technologies (microsatellites) weighing up to 100 kg, as well as non-magnetospheric and magnetospheric - up to 800 kg.
